We are currently seeking reliable, hard-working production workers on our operations team. In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met in time while working safely and efficiently. A production worker is responsible for helping assemble and prepare products for shipment. Promotion opportunities available based on skills, abilities, and a positive attitude.
FIRST SHIFT: Monday – Friday; 7:45am – 4:15pm
SECOND SHIFT: Monday – Friday; 4:15pm – 12:45am
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced and flexible production operation
- Counting and inserting products
- Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, and taping on the production line
- Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty
- Working cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
- Maintaining a clean and safe workstation and production floor
- Performs other duties as required
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to follow directions accurately/ attention to detail
- Ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Positive work ethic and attitude
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Must be able to lift, carry, or push a maximum of 50-lbs
