Empowering individuals with disabilities to find purpose and independence is at the heart of everything VPI does. Based in Appleton, VPI is dedicated to creating a truly inclusive community. Through a wide range of programs, this nonprofit provides essential support for individuals with disabilities — including early intervention birth to three services, school-to-work transition programs, employment and job training opportunities, and adult day services. VPI is committed to fostering meaningful opportunities that enhance independence and community connections. From skill-building activities to social outings and comprehensive mental health programs, its services empower more than 2,000 participants each year, helping them thrive in ways that are important to them.

About FOX 11 Community Cares:
FOX 11 and Nicolet National Bank have teamed up to promote awareness of non-profit organizations across Northeast Wisconsin with a monthly campaign called “Community Cares.” Watch leaders from these organizations describe their mission and the way in which they reach out to people in their community. For each organization FOX 11 will provide an address or phone number for those who may wish to give a donation.
